Abstract

Cognitive development is an aspect of development that you have to grow from an early age. Cognitive development of preschool children is related to thinking patterns, problem solving abilities, and children's imagination power children's cognition can be developed through games.  The parents and teachers need to know the purpose and benefits of playing to children because not all games have good effect. One of them is the ability through media such as flashcards. This study aims to stimulate children to play the flash cards, puzzles and the traditional game of congklak with the cognitive abilities of 4-year-old children in the Puntik Dalam of ​​Barito Kuala sub-district.  The children’s response to activity very antusiasm and happy. Educational play therapy can be stimulated to the children in school or home.
