Abstract
The development of the Covid-19 outbreak in several regions in Indonesia is of course very worrying for all levels of society. The government has proposed the new normal concept because of the non-sloping distribution curve of the coronavirus. Therefore, it is necessary to educate the application of health protocols, especially for children who are starting to carry out face-to-face school activities. The method used is to provide education both online and offline. The online method is done by distributing animated videos on YouTube and posters on Instagram, while the offline method is carried out by installing banners and distributing hand sanitizers as well as education on how to use hand sanitizers. From the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that social media users, both YouTube and Instagram, are very enthusiastic in listening to the educational material provided, it can be seen from the number of viewers and the number of likes. Meanwhile, the results of the offline method activity were the implementation of the installation of banners in strategic places, namely in front of elementary school classrooms. Also, the children were also very enthusiastic in learning how to use a hand sanitizer and after being given the education they understood how to use a hand sanitizer properly and correctly. Social media users and children understand how to implement face-to-face school health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.
