Abstract

Based on the data obtained, there has been a continuous increase in Covid-19 cases. One way to prevent this disease is by increasing the immune system or the immune system. One way that can be done to increase endurance is by doing a healthy lifestyle such as consuming drinks that can increase endurance, using herbal plants. This method is in the form of education which aims to make the wider community better understand the importance of maintaining the body's immune system and how to make drinks made from natural ingredients to increase the body's immune system. This education is carried out through social media by providing information in the form of posters and making videos on YouTube. With this education, it is hoped that the wider community can improve the body's immune system by consuming easy-to-get plant-based drinks.
