The Making of Administration Map for Desa Mudalang to Support the Village Development Planning
Main Article Content
Abstract
The potential of a village can be seen in the form of a map if the information on the map is equipped with land and human resources that form the backbone of the village's economy. Land resources can be described in terms of the wide distribution of land uses in the village, while human resources can be described from existing small and medium-sized industries. The existing village map is sometimes a depiction of the area and is the result of pictures of people who know the area. Village maps usually contain the location or location of village facilities, roads, rivers, and the boundaries of hamlets or RWs or village boundaries. The deficiencies that exist in a village map are very likely to occur because the knowledge of map-making is not yet fully understood by the individual who made the map. This can provide false, inaccurate information so that the map cannot support village development planning.
