Abstract

Disasters are events that occur suddenly or slowly which have an impact on normal life patterns so that emergency action is needed to save human victims and their environment. Flood disaster management in South Kalimantan gets a quick response from various parties. Floods are thought to be caused by high rainfall intensity which triggers river water overflows, plus if the area is hit by extreme rains, making the area of ​​South Kalimantan which is morphometrically and morphologically very vulnerable to flooding. South Kalimantan is indeed a flood-prone area. There are many districts that are affected by this flood every year when the rainy season arrives, including Barito Kuala Regency. High rainfall can cause flooding, and many disease outbreaks have sprung up, therefore be aware of various diseases that arise, one of which is skin disease in the form of infection, allergies or other forms during the flood season, the main problem is poor hygiene. Seeing this situation, of course there are a lot of medicines needed, including flood volunteers to help.
