Maintaning Mental Health During A Pandemic

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic is a multi-sectoral (Bio-Psycho-Social Spiritual) pandemic that causes fear and anxiety due to the flood of asymmetric and misleading information (Infodemi). The Covid-19 pandemic does not only have an effect on physical health, but also affects a person's mental health. The various problems that have occurred due to COVID-19 are considered a new source of stress for the community. This writing uses Explanatory Research methods with Socialization and Distribution. As for how to maintain mental health during a pandemic, namely having the qualities in life, developing positivity, optimism, and fostering a spiritual life well, it can be done to maintain the mental resilience of each individual.
