Education on how to coping stress on students due to online learning during the pandemic

Abstract
The government has implemented online learning applications since the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to break the chain of spread of the COVID-19 virus, the government issued provisions for online learning policies which of course have obstacles for every individual who undergoes it, one of which is in terms of the psychological state of individuals who feel stressed. During this pandemic, stress can be experienced by all individuals, both in children, adolescents, and adults. The stress experienced by children comes from the ineffectiveness of delivering material from the teacher, the home environment that is not conducive to carrying out the learning process such as noise and piles of assignments. Basically not all children feel comfortable and suitable for online learning. Therefore, this study aims to help children cope with and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety due to online schooling. This research method uses interviews and socialization to children. The results obtained indicate that online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic causes children to become stressed and depressed. So that this online study habit causes children to be lazy in studying and lack of concentration
