Providing Information About Infused Water For Immune Booster In Beringin Village

Abstract
The current condition of the pandemic requires people to reduce some of their activities outside their homes. However, for the inhabitants of the village, with existing economic limits, the reduction of external activities will greatly influence your income. Beringin is one of the villages in South Kalimantan in Alalak Regency. To go to the daily routine in this context, people need adequate nutritional intake, especially vitamin C to increase body immunity. Infused water is another alternative to consuming water. The drink is composed of mixed water with pieces of fruit and herbs, then absorbed for some time, so that the juice and herbs are mixed with water. The benefits of infused water have many benefits that when they steal the juice will be in water so that vitamins and minerals are maintained. The mixture of various fruits can also be combined with different herbal ingredients based on their needs and efficiency. The presentation is also easy and the ingredients that are needed is an easily obtainable material. The goal is to remind the public of the importance of maintaining health in the middle of a pandemic like this. This is done by creating tutorial to make a water infused drink.
