THE MANUFACTURE OF TRADITIONAL HERBAL TURMERIC ACID AS AN IMMUNE-ENHANCING DRINK DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Abstract
Herbal medicine is a traditional herb from natural ingredients such as plants or spices without the addition of chemicals. Turmeric is one of the plants cultivated by the community for the manufacture of traditional herbs that can be consumed to improve the body's immune system in the face of covid-19. In this community service, two methods are carried out, namely door to door and social media. The process of making herbal medicine is done traditionally, namely by boiling in order to get turmeric juice. But the implementation still pays attention to the hygiene aspects of the materials and tools used. With this activity, it is expected that the community can be educated and more aware of its health by producing its own herbal medicine from spice ingredients in Tatah Pemangkih Village
