Socialization Of Positive Thinking During A Pandemic Covid-19

Abstract
This community service aims to provide knowledge about positive thinking in pandemic times, so that people are able to live their daily lives happily and calmly. Then help increase endurance in the Covid-19 pandemic. With the method of observation and socialization of positive thinking in the pandemic period, by coming to every community house with a target of 7 people in Semangar In The Prosperous Spirit Compek. In this socialization activity the community is very accepting and very enthusiastic to listen to the explanation given by the author and do not forget to ask back to the author whether the socialization provided is easy to understand. Furthermore, the author thanked him by giving masks and sweets to the community one by one. From the results of this activity it was found that citizens have begun to realize the importance of positive thinking in pandemic times and are able to sort out which news is worth consuming. Further invites the public to be able to apply a positive mindset that is enough to maintain the immunity of the body and mind to always be positive with 5 simple tips to keep a positive mind in the pandemic period, namely 1. Limit yourself on social media to reduce the circulation of hoaxes, 2. Watch interesting videos and funny videos to reduce the burden of the mind, 3. Take positive action, 4. Always be grateful for a few minutes, 5. Do relaxation and pleasure activities.
