Abstract
Covid-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract, such as mild disorders of the respiratory tract. This virus first appeared in Wuhan, China and then spread throughout the world. This method is carried out online (online) in the form of education uploaded on social media such as YouTube or Instagram and offline (offline) in the form of pasting posters. This simple education aims to maintain mental health or coping with stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. This online (online) aim is to provide useful education so that it can be seen by the general public, especially social media users at large. The poster pasting activity is an effort to make efforts to maintain mental health, especially stress coping for the Bangkit Baru village community so that they can manage their stress, especially in the future. this pandemic..By posting posters and providing education through social media to remind the importance of coping with stress, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. The hope is that the educational materials that are shared can be useful and the knowledge can be applied in everyday life, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic
