The Making of Administration Map for Desa Pulau Sugara to Support the Village Development Planning

Abstract

At the Mandiri KKN activity at the University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin, it was carried out in Pulau Sugara Village, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency. The location is not too far from the Banjarmasin Muhammadiyah University Campus. Many work programs are carried out in the village, both group and individual work programs. For group work programs, such as conducting socialization about the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness during the COVID-19 pandemic, distributing masks to local communities and others.

One of the individual work programs carried out in the village is to make a map of the administrative boundaries of Sugara Island Village. This is done because it is in accordance with the background of the study program that is taught by students. The map will display information in the form of RT boundaries and village office locations. The map will be printed on A1 paper and framed. An appropriate map must consist of important information that must be contained on the map, one of which must contain clear information such as the title or name of the map, the scale must also be on the map, north direction, map insert, source of retrieval and map making, and year. map creation. So that in the individual activities of the Independent Community Service Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin in 2022, it is to give a memento to Sugara Island Village in the form of an administrative boundary map.
