Tutoring with Childrens in the village of Semangat Bakti

Abstract
This article aims to help children who have difficulty learning and help children when they have homework that they don't understand in the village of Spirit. This study uses 3 learning methods, namely the lecture method, question and answer and discussion. The work program is this tutoring program where one day before it is carried out the author asks the children to bring subject matter or school assignments on the day of guidance. The results and discussion of this study are that tutoring is very helpful for children who have difficulty understanding the subject matter and motivates children in learning.
