MAPPING THE ADMINISTRATIVE OF KARANG INDAH VILLAGE, MANDASTANA DISTRICT

Abstract

A map is a reduced image of the earth's surface, poured on a sheet of paper or other media in two-dimensional form. The data used in this applicative activity are images sourced from geospatial 2021. ArcGIS is a geographic information system (GIS) for working with maps and geographic information. The method used in the process of making this map is by direct observation in Karang Indah Village. After field observations, the existing RT boundary maps in Karang Indah Village are not in accordance with Permendagri No. 45 of 2016 and also have not met the components as previously mentioned. The RT boundary map that has been made in accordance with the components that have been determined serves as a boundary marker between villages and RTs and also makes it easier for local villagers and migrants to know the area of ​​Karang Indah Village.
