Abstract

Maintaining mental health during the Covid-19 epidemic is very important, especially since humans experience various events and experiences that affect human mood and feelings every day, therefore maintaining mental health can be one means of overcoming more serious problems in the Semangat Village area. Bakti, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency. The purpose of this research is that the people of Semangat Bakti Village, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency can cope with and fortify themselves against emotions and feelings well so that the mental health of the community can be maintained and will always be in good condition so as not to cause mental illness to be in a bad state. The method used in this community service is to use during and offline. Offline activities, such as providing short education and distributing mini posters and pamphlets to residents around the village as well as door-to-door distribution, as well as online, by creating video media content and sharing it with villagers including children. -school children. Based on the results of the research, it is a deeper understanding and the public's ignorance of mental health is now becoming aware that people can independently maintain their health independently during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suggestions for the village community are that it is hoped that all villagers can realize and control their emotions and feelings properly so that mental health can be maintained.
