Socialization of the manufacture of Infused water to increase body resistance during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract
Considering that the COVID-19 pandemic still exists, apart from the government, the community must also play a role in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 so as not to create new sources of transmission. Public health protection must be carried out together, including the village of Pulau Sewangi. That is, the community must maintain their health so as not to be exposed to the COVID-19 virus, including increasing body resistance, one way to increase endurance is by consuming Infused water, which consists of water with a mixture of Fruits. - Fruits are soaked for several hours. The method used is in the form of lectures and discussions. From the results of the activities carried out, there is an increase in community knowledge that previously did not know what infused water is and its benefits for health and also seen from the many questions from the community regarding this activity, this shows that the socialization carried out went well. good and smooth
