Education Information and Training about Infused water

Abstract
Infused water is the latest innovation from plain water with the addition of fruit that has health benefits, one of which is increasing endurance. Infused water is present as an alternative for people who are not used to consuming water, considering that water is an important requirement for the body. This activity aims to provide an understanding to the public about drinks that can increase endurance during a pandemic, but with ingredients that are easy to obtain everyday and the manufacturing process is easy to do. This activity was carried out in Pantai Hambawang Village, Barito Kuala District. It is carried out through socialization and training at the homes of residents who carry out activities but in small-scale gatherings of 22 people to continue to apply health protocols. The results obtained from this activity the benefits and how to make infused water using materials that are easily found in everyday life and the creation of communication, a very good response and the establishment of friendship, especially to the yasinan mothers in the Pantai Hambawang village
