Managing Stress During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract
Coronavirus disease 2019 or known as COVID-19 has hit the world starting at the end of 2019, covid-19 entered Indonesia, causing people to experience poor physical and psychological health. There are many people who experience anxiety because they are afraid of the corona virus, the anxiety experienced starts from anxiety to very worrying. Symptoms that arise from the impact of this pandemic condition can also cause excessive stress that can interfere with a person's social functions in carrying out their daily activities and will even hinder a person. The purpose of this study is to provide information about managing stress during the covid-19 pandemic.
