EDUCATION HOW TO USE A GOOD AND CORRECT MASK IN MIDDLE PUNTIK VILLAGE

Abstract

Covid-19 hit many countries in the world including Indonesia. The Covid-19 outbreak is not only a national problem in a country, but is already a global problem. The use of medical masks is one of the preventive measures that can limit the spread of certain respiratory diseases caused by viruses, including COVID-19. The research was conducted in Middle Puntik Village. The implementation stage of the Independent KKN includes determining the target recipients of posters or pamphlets as a means of education. This type of research is by observation and literature study. The research variables used were independent dependent, namely the education independent variable and the community dependent variable. The use of masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very necessary to prevent the spread and minimize the impact of Covid-19, so the use of masks is still required, especially when leaving the house or traveling to public places. It was concluded that this assistance could help the people of Middle Puntik Village in understanding and increasing knowledge so that they could prevent the spread and minimize the impact of Covid-19.
