Good and Right Drug Socialization : DAGUSIBU for Danau Karya Village Community

Abstract

Self-medication by the community has an impact on the use of drugs in the community. The need for knowledge in this regard so that errors do not occur in the use of drugs, DAGUSIBU is one of the efforts to increase public knowledge to the use of good and correct drugs. The purpose of this socialization is to increase knowledge to the community about the good and right of DAGUSIBU drugs so that people are smart and wise in using drugs. Participants who attended this socialization were the cadres of Danau Karya Village who were given material in the form of lectures and questions and answers followed by the delivery of posters to the Village Midwife. The outreach activities about DAGUSIBU went well and smoothly. The participants were very enthusiastic in listening to the explanation and actively asked questions. This socialization increased the participants' lack of understanding about using and storing medicines properly and correctly. From this socialization, it is expected that participants can pay attention to the use of drugs that are good and correct and apply the knowledge that has been obtained in the family and community environment.
