Education on taking vitamins for children to increase body immunity during a COVID-19

Abstract

Indonesia reports the first COVID-19 case of March 2, 2020 a number of two cases (who, 2020). The world health organization (who) recommends during COVID-19 consumption of healthful foods and increases immunity with increased vitamins. Vitamin c is an alternative to boosting the immune system, vitamin c can be used as COVID-19 prevention therapy (cheng et all, 2020). But many children were unaware of the importance of taking vitamins during the pandemic. So it is important to be educated about supposed activities to give knowledge of the importance of vitamins in the body's immunity. The purpose of this study is to undertake an education about activities that are expected to give knowledge of how important vitamins are in the body's immunity because children are now carrying a lot of viruses and transmitting many to others. Research methods used methods of address, posters, distribution of vitamin c and masks in the complex area of awanis2 castle, with a large group of nine children containing six-year-olds to ten-year-olds at the awanis2 complex, handil dedicatory. Research obtained by children has discerned the benefits of the importance of administering vitamins in the COVID-19 period by shaping immunity in a child's body so that it is not susceptible to disease and safeguarding metabolism in the child's body to te's health.
