SOCIALIZATION OF HEALTHY FOOD DURING THE PANDEMIC

Abstract
Healthy food is one of the keys to avoid the COVID-19 virus. Healthy food can increase a person's immune system. There are many healthy foods that are beneficial for boosting immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as fruits (bananas, oranges, apples and papayas) and vegetables (spinach, broccoli, beans, and kale). beans, chicken, beef, fish, eggs and milk which have vitamins, minerals and protein for our bodies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method I use here is outreach or education to the surrounding community. The conclusion of this study is that the three respondents understand balanced nutrition and have implemented it at home to maintain their health and their families during the Covid-19 pandemic.
