Educational Herbal Drinks To Increase Body Immunity

Abstract
In the midst of a health crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic that has not ended yet, traditional medicine is one of the alternative that can be used to break the chain of transmission and to maintain immunity. minuman herbal is a traditional herbal medicine that has been practiced for centuries in Indonesia to maintain our health. minuman herbal can be used for maintaining immunity to avoid virus from our body. Especially at this time, where a cure for a disease has not been found yet, people will return to use plants as an alternative treatment with various benefits. Plants that can be consumed and made into herbs for immune booster is curcuma, turmeric, and ginger. Herbal plants have become one of the people's choices during the Corona virus pandemic that causes COVID-19. Most of them process these herbal plants into something that can be consumed and aims to increase immunity. the biggest benefit of herbs is that they help increase the body's immunity, so that it is not easy to become infected with viruses that cause disease such as the corona virus. Indonesia has a variety of herbs that are good for increasing endurance, including curcumin (turmeric and ginger), ginger, moringa leaves, meniran, and black cumin. Curcumin has active curcuminoid substances which function as anti-virus and immunomodulators. So I created content in the form of animated tutorials about making nutritious herbal drinks that can be done simply and practically.
