Abstract

Coronavirus disease 2019 or also known as COVID-19 is currently a pandemic in almost all countries in the world. This pandemic outbreak has a negative impact on the physical and psychological health of individuals and society. Physical health and mental health must be balanced because maintaining mental health is to avoid physical complaints so that the immune system in the body does not decrease. The purpose of this activity is to maintain physical and mental health in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The method of the activity is several stages, namely distributing leaflets to the surrounding community, and distributing educational videos to know and understand the importance of maintaining mental health and physical health in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. leaflet. Of course, mental health and physical health disorders can be prevented and overcome properly.
